1. Toepasselijkheid

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle offertes en overeenkomsten van Al Msalima Digital met betrekking tot websiteontwikkeling, leadgeneratie en de verkoop van advertentieruimte.

2. Offertes en overeenkomsten

Offertes zijn 30 dagen geldig. Een overeenkomst komt tot stand na schriftelijke of elektronische bevestiging door de opdrachtgever.

3. Prijzen en betaling

Prijzen zijn in euro's en exclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld. Facturen dienen binnen 14 dagen na factuurdatum te worden voldaan.

4. Leads

Leads worden geleverd volgens de afgesproken criteria. Aantoonbaar ongeldige leads (bijvoorbeeld onjuiste contactgegevens) kunnen binnen 7 dagen na levering worden gemeld en worden vervangen of gecrediteerd.

5. Advertentieruimte

Advertentie-inhoud moet voldoen aan de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving en de Reclamecode. Al Msalima Digital mag advertenties weigeren of verwijderen die hier niet aan voldoen.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

De aansprakelijkheid van Al Msalima Digital is beperkt tot het factuurbedrag van de betreffende opdracht.

7. Toepasselijk recht

Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotes and agreements of Al Msalima Digital relating to website development, lead generation and the sale of advertising space.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed upon written or electronic confirmation by the client.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

4. Leads

Leads are delivered according to the agreed criteria. Demonstrably invalid leads (for example incorrect contact details) may be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced or credited.

5. Advertising space

Advertising content must comply with Dutch law and the Dutch Advertising Code. Al Msalima Digital may refuse or remove advertisements that do not comply.

6. Liability

The liability of Al Msalima Digital is limited to the invoiced amount of the assignment concerned.

7. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
